CURRENTAPPEAL

Help us help the children of Sudan and improve their quality of life.
Sudan is going through an on going conflict & the Children of Sudan now need your help more than ever.

We are currently collaborating with Human Appeal to provide food aid for forcibly displaced families stuck in war-torn Sudan.

The food emergency response project will benefit a total of 1000 beneficiaries in Blue Nile state. This project will specifically provide clean drinking water and two meals a day for one month to 1,000 IDPs (550 children, 350 women, and 100 men) from Madani city, Aljazeera state, staying at Arkawite School in Damazine city, Blue Nile state.

Providing consistent and nutritious meals can reduce the vulnerability of the IDPs (internally displaced persons), particularly vulnerable groups such as children, pregnant women, and the elderly. With access to two hot and nutritious meals daily, we hope to improve the overall health and well-being of the IDPs, reducing the risk of malnutrition and other related health issues.
Adequate nutrition can contribute to the physical and mental resilience of the IDPs, allowing them to cope with the challenges of displacement and transition more
effectively.

We aim to foster a sense of community among the IDPs residing at Arkawite School, so that it can become a place for social interaction and support to help them in their healing process.

Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'as (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: A man asked the Messenger of Allah PBUH: "Which act in Islam is the best?" He replied, "To give food, and to greet everyone, whether you know or you do not." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

EXPLORE OUR PROJECTS

The ongoing conflict in Sudan has put a staggering 24 million children at risk, exposing them to severe brutality and gross violations of their rights. Among these children, 14 million face a critical lack of humanitarian assistance, highlighting the dire need for immediate intervention. These alarming statistics, reported by the United Nations (Click here for more info), underscore the severity of the situation as the world's largest displacement crisis unfolds in Sudan, placing millions of young lives in jeopardy.
In response to this humanitarian crisis, we are launching a project to raise £5,000 to distribute 333 Non-Food Item (NFI) kits. Partnering with Human Appeal and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), we aim to support vulnerable households in Khartoum, Sinnar, Blue Nile, and Northern states of Sudan. Over a three-month period, our goal is to deliver these essential NFI kits to 333 households in need.
We urge you to contribute to this vital initiative. A donation of just £15 can provide a family with a much-needed NFI kit, offering them essential supplies and a glimmer of hope during these trying times. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant impact. Please join us in making a difference—every contribution counts.
